You probably shouldn't.

The interesting question is not:

"Where can I add AI?"

It is:

"Where is my business wasting time?"

That is where I would start.

Look for repetition

What do you do every day?Every week?Every month?

If you keep doing the same thing manually, there may be an opportunity.

Emails.Reports.Research.Data entry.Customer questions.Content.Follow-ups.

These are the things worth looking at first.

Not every problem needs an AI agent.

Sometimes you just need a better workflow.

Maybe AI can draft something.Maybe it can organise information.Maybe it can summarise a document.Maybe it can help your team find information faster.

Small improvements add up.

AI can be useful.

It can also be confidently wrong.

So I am not interested in replacing human judgement just because a tool can generate something quickly.

The better question is:

Where can AI make the human better?

You do not need twelve AI tools.

Pick one annoying problem.

Solve that one.

Then look at the next.
